With a strong background in both student and residential lettings, Sharla is the person you need to speak to for all your property rental needs at Hotham Holdings.
Her journey in the property industry began while at university, where she gained valuable insights into legal frameworks – working full-time at a student lettings agency. This experience provided her with an in-depth understanding of the rental market, property management and, importantly, what great customer service looks like.
Working alongside her experienced colleagues at Hotham Holdings, Sharla has further sharpened her knowledge, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the rental sector and the nuances of managing properties effectively.
Living within the Hotham Holdings operating area, Sharla has extensive local knowledge of the Hull and East Yorkshire areas. This direct experience means that she can provide expert guidance to tenants, helping to create smooth, stress-free and informative rental experiences.

Mike is one of the longest-serving members of the Hotham Holdings team, bringing over a decade of experience, dedication, and versatility to every project. Originally joining us as a fully qualified electrician, Mike has since become a key player across all our developments, working hands-on from the early stages of construction right through to completion.
Known for his attention to detail and high-quality workmanship, Mike is often the go-to person for resolving electrical issues during and after tenancy periods. His commitment to getting the job done right – first time, every time – makes him a trusted and valued figure for tenants and colleagues alike.
Mike has played an important role in many of our major projects and is respected for his ability to work collaboratively, respond quickly to challenges, and keep things moving on site.
