At Hotham Holdings, we believe in making the rental process as seamless as possible – whether you’re an existing tenant considering renewal or a prospective tenant looking for your next home.
Our portfolio operates on 12-month fixed-term agreements, and we proactively manage upcoming renewals to ensure a smooth transition for all parties.
Whilst all our of our properties currently remain tenanted, some do occasionally come up for rent. Here are the current available properties alongside those developments we know will be coming up to let in the next few weeks/months.
Existing tenants are contacted to confirm whether they wish to renew their tenancy (and we are always delighted when our tenants decide to do so!).
If we haven't received confirmation, we issue the legally required two-month notice while still allowing tenants to renew.
If a renewal is not confirmed and signed, the property becomes available for new tenants at the end of the agreed tenancy period.
